Miért fontos a megfelelő teremfelszerelés?

A teremfoci teljesen más játék, mint a szabadtéri futball – taktikailag, technikailag és fizikailag is – és a megfelelő felszerelés segít a legjobb teljesítményt nyújtani, valamint csökkenti a sérülések kockázatát. Ezért kulcsfontosságú, hogy mindig a megfelelő felszereléssel lépj pályára a teremben.

Mi a különbség a teremcipők, a futballcipők és a sneakerek között?

A legnagyobb különbség a talpban van. A teremcipők lapos, nem hagyó nyomot hagyó gumitalppal készülnek, amely jobb tapadást és stabilitást biztosít. A sneakerekhez képest is sokkal jobb gripet adnak, mivel speciális gumit használnak. A „non-marking” talp sok országban követelmény, mert a hagyományos cipők károsíthatják a pályát – így akár le is küldhetnek miatta.

Fontos: teremcipő keresésekor figyelj arra, hogy a terméknév tartalmazza az IC, IN vagy IT jelölést, ami a talp típusára utal.

A felsőrész anyaga is fontos különbség. A teremcipők általában könnyű és strapabíró anyagokból készülnek – bőr, szintetikus vagy mesh –, ami jobb labdaérintést és kényelmet biztosít. Egyes modellek texturált orr-résszel rendelkeznek a még pontosabb labdakontroll érdekében. Ezek az anyagok a tartósságot is növelik.

Ahogy korábban is említettük, a megfelelő felszerelés segít jobban teljesíteni és elkerülni a sérüléseket. Ez különösen igaz a cipőkre – ezért sneaker vagy stoplis cipő használata teremben nem jó ötlet.

Melyik teremcipőt válaszd?

The difference between footballs for indoor football and futsal

While you are able to use the same shoes for indoor football and futsal, then there are differences to find when it comes to the footballs. The indoor footballs compared to futsal footballs might differ in terms of size, weight and material.

• Size: Indoor footballs are similar to the size of footballs for outdoor use, thus being a size 5 (on some occasions, you’ll meet a size 4, ie. kids indoor football), while footballs for futsal are always equal to a size 4, and therefore smaller than a “normal” football.
• Weight: Weight is probably the most important difference, as futsal footballs are heavier than indoor footballs. Thus futsal footballs demand the players to be more technical and have better ball control, as the added weight means a reduced bounce.
• Material: The difference in weight already indicates that there are differences in material between footballs for indoor football and futsal.
